My Samsung Galaxy Tab A won't turn on.

I was charging it yesterday. And today, I am using it. When I am done. I didn't turn it off and i left it somewhere. When I cone back and tao the wake button. it doesn't wake or it can't be charged.

Try a different outlet, and cable if you can. Try hooking cable to PC and see if the PC wakes it.

Agree happened to my wifes. Had to hold power button for a long time, maybe 20+ seconds. Then I let go and held for another long time and it started.

Possible that you fried the motherboard. Connect to a charger and see if the charging indicator comes on. If it doesn't, it's probably a bad motherboard....in which case I would probably recommend just replacing the tablet. The cost would probably be about the same.
