I'm not digging the selection of shortcuts on the popup bar at the bottom of the desktop/screen. They don't seem to act like regular shortcuts -- a tap and hold doesn't give me the option to delete or remove them, and there isn't a menu settings either. Anyone know how to change 'em out?

I would like to know this as well. I find most of the shortcuts useless, and would like to substitute my own favorites. My guess is that this is not possible though, and just another one of the evils of a skinned UI.
