You cannot access purchased items from hub on the pro line

After almost 2 weeks of assistance and working with Samsung it's come to light that you cannot get to any movies or music you have previously purchased on the Samsung Hub app.

This is poor, I know the hub isn't great but when you have around $100 of movies and music you cannot watch or listen to its BS.

Samsung said "nothing we can do, return the tablet if you can". Even after I explained that the tab pro does not advertise not being able to use the hub and how I've wasted $100 all I got was "sorry, you can buy your thing again from the play store if you need them"... oh so you're going to give me Google play credit "no sir we don't do that"

This is the same for all the Pro tablets so be aware before you buy one if you have much from Samsung Hub
