Font scaling after we zoom or change orientation

How can we make the fonts scale when we zoom in or out? Is there a % button or can we have an option, or like on HTC phones to control zooming over website controls? It makes the reading experience so much nicer and comfortable, especially for the visually challenged like OLD FOLKS OVER 40!

Yeah, HTC has it on their phones but they stopped making tablets. Where can we ask that Samsung licenses a FRAND font scaling software need?
