Why does my tablet randomly shut down?

At first it was with snapchat. Then it did it when the battery was 20%-50% and now it does it when it's on 70%-90%. The only way it doesn't shut down is if I charge it. I did the factory reset and it still does the same thing.

It's possible the battery is failing. A replacement would require sending it to a repair shop (unless you're handy and want to open the tablet up yourself.

I bought a battery off ebay and it was pretty straight forward. . I posted about it somewhere in this forum.

It's really easy to replace the battery. The entire back cover is held on by plastic snaps, so there's no glue that has to be melted. The battery kits come with tools to work the back cover off. Replacement requires removing some screws and pulling out a ribbon cable. Put everything back, snap the cover back on, and voila - a like new tablet.
