European LTE version phone function

Please could someone confirm whether the European LTE version has full 'phone' functionality. It is a little unclear in the specs and reviews I've seen tend to be for US versions where this may be prevented by carriers? I am not interested in the special functions that allow the tablet to use functionality on an attached Galaxy Sx phone, rather the ability for the tablet itself to receive incoming calls, make outgoing calls and SMS/MMS functions.

I have seen a demonstration unit in a UK O2 store but (though LTE version now available) that was a WiFi only version.

Hi mate just found your post. I can confirm it does have full phone functionality.
