Well, this just keeps getting weirder and weirder. First it was SideSync with its WiFi crippling bug (with Bluetooth turned on), and now it seems that Nova Launcher is draining the battery.
At first I thought this tablet had a very deplorable standby time (it seemed to consume a lot of battery just sitting pretty on my desk), but I dismissed this because the Note 10.1 had the same issue before. But then, I installed GSam and it said that the OS was eating all the battery, and then I thought it might just be the launcher. I went back to TouchWiz and now battery life is great in Standby.
Has anyone else experienced this with Nova?
Here's a screenshot. See that downward slope? That's mostly standby with Nova. Now look at the flat, extended portion? That's standby with TouchWiz. Weird, huh?
