Can't access a particular web site

On my wife's Tab S, the Kohls.com site stopped working sometime within the last couple of weeks. When she tries to connect using the default browser, a blue progress bar below the address line keeps flashing, as if it is reloading the same file over and over. Trying with chrome just gets a spinning ball, and no connection. Writing to the Kohls web people has only drawn a cursory response.

She has not experienced any problems with any other web sites that she visits.

Does anybody have any suggestions where I should look?

Does it work on another device using the same Internet connection? You'd want to rule out it being your ISP at fault.

In addition to the suggestion above to clear your cache, try restarting the device if you haven't yet.

Works fine from other devices on the same network (my home WiFi and LAN).

Per an earlier post, I tried Firefox on the Galaxy Tab S and it worked.
