wont turn on

hey guys having a slight issue, my tablet wont turn on. i have tried a reboot but nothing. can't get it to charge. any ideas on what i can do next? before making the call to Samsung, thanks

Leave it on the charger for 24 hours. (If you totally discharged the battery somehow [the tab should shut off before that], you'll need a new battery, because it disconnects internally - charging a completely discharged lithium battery can result in an explosion.)
