How to get out of odin mode

Folks, I updated my tab s to lollipop today. I wanted to factory reset it to start off fresh so tried to reboot in recovery mode to do the factory reset but accidentally hit the volume up button instead of down and it went in to the odin mode. I want to get out of that mode but dont know how to. I tried to keep the power button pressed for more than a min but it still doesnt come out. I'll let it drain out the battery but is there any other way to get out of the odin mode? do not want to wait till the battery completely drains.

Just googling around and found this

"The simple and perhaps only solution to get out of Odin mode is by holding Home + Volume centre + Power button combo. Your Tab S will restart from Odin mode to normal."

"to get out of it, Press and hold down Volume Up and Power button at same time. This will boot into Recovery Screen. From that screen select reboot system now and press Home/Power button (use Volume keys to select). Hope this wil work on your phone."
