'Failed to complete download due to network error'
My Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has appalling battery life. Contacted the seller about a return: was asked to check the charger, and do a Factory reset. Thus seemed reasonable, so I did: charger is fine, and Factory reset seemed to go through OK. But when trying afterwards to download the data I had backed up to my Samsung account, I got the above message.
Without something more specific than that, I have nothing to work on: I haven't a clue of what to do. Can you help?
