Which Firmware File to use for the Lollipop Update?

Noob question...

Just picked up a gently used US SM-T800 still running KitKat.

On 2016/01/14, there were firmware updates posted on Sammobile for XAC (Canada) and XAR (US).

For both countries, there were two files posted on the same day... T800XXU1BOL1 and T800XXU1BOJ1

I'm assuming that ...BOL1 would be newer than ...BOJ1, but they were both released on the same day, so what's the difference?

Also, since it's a US market tablet; do I use the US (XAR) file, or do I use the XAC file since I'm using the tablet in Canada?

They are both OL1 now, the region doesn't matter as the software only customizes for certain region, like UK version has more languages than US.
Canada, Europe,Asia, or US tablets have the same hardware so it doesn't matter which firmware you'r going to load.

Most users think they are different, but the truth they're identical tablets with different labels and software.
