Transferring an old app problem

I've an app on my sg4 that play store dropped. I saved the app to google drive then tried to upload it on my new Samsung tab pro. Everything seemed to be working until I had to click the "install" button and it would only let me click cancel. I setup my tablet to allow apps from other sources. What can I do?

Do you have any screen dimming apps instaslled, like Lux? These kinds of apps can oddly grey out the Install button.

I have twilight and something else. I'll try turning them off.

Well I'll be! That was it. I turned off twilight and lux and it worked! I would have never thought of that. Thanks!
