Galaxy Tab S2 - No mail notification in lock mode

Hello

I just bought a Galaxy Tab S2 with Android Lollipop on it but I have problems with mails notifications.

I never receive the notifications of a new mail when the tab is locked but when I use it then directly I receive all the missing notifications.

I already check in the parameters for the notifications, all seems ok. I already test other mail application (such as gmail, mymail), with mymail I received some hours the notifications, then I answered to a mail and from then I receive no more the notifications when the screen is locked.

I really don't know what to do more ...

Can someone help for this problem?

What app for the email are you using? Might need to go to the app and set up the notification for it

You need to allow it. Lock screen and security, notifications on lock screen, show contents.
