My display on the Bridge Base Online (BBO) App is corrupted. What can I do?

My display on the Bridge Base Online (BBO) App is corrupted.

On my Samsung Galaxy S2 tablet I play bridge using the BBO app. It works fine except that the display cuts off the bottom of some characters, notably the bids. There is enough remaining to be able to play but it spoils the experience. Is this a common issue? I have opened a new Android user account, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no luck correcting it. I have been using the app flawlessly on an iPad for several years.

Is hbo broadcast in 16:9 could be the problem as the S2 is 4:3
