Default galaxy tab "problem parsing the package" help :(

Hi i have an unrooted galaxy tab p1010, and suddenly every app i try to install thats not from the market says " there is a problem parsing the package" .
Other people have said they have this error after rooting or generaly messing around but ive done none of that and it worked fine until 2 days ago.
And i have changed the settings so it allows for installing apps not on the market.
I have tried using installer apps , but nothing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's the error I got when I tried to install the new Skype with Video from a Downloaded APK file.

I guess I haven't tried to install any other application to see if it's a problem for all apps...
