Do you think the Verizon Galaxy tab will have hotspot capabilities?
Like the title says, do you think it will be able to act as a hotspot? I'm probably going to get one either way but hotspot would seal the deal. I haven't heard anything yet but maybe someone else has.

Its a little hard to say at this point about any of the tablets. It was pressumed that the one for sprint would have 4g on it, but its looking like thats not the case

I'm sure this thing will be rooted soon after release. I would root and run one of the wifi tether apps from the market if it doesn't come with it.
You will probably want to do that any way. VZW will charge $20.0/month for it. I'm not sure what the other carriers will charge. - 10-14-2010, 10:26 PM #4
They probably will have it in there. Yeah.

It does and though I haven't tested it yet, it says it uses the same data as your devices data plan so unlike a hot spot phone you don't have to pay extra. I guess I should test this though (confirmed - tested with my laptop and the Tab).
