Trying to sync Galaxy tab4 to PC

I have installed the correct version of kies and I am tying to sync to my Toshiba laptop however whenever it connects as a media device it tells me that I don't have windows media player, etc........any solutions to get this tablet to sync......I am no techy by any means but I figured out how to access developer options.

What are you trying to achieve? this could be a driver problem between your laptop and your tab.

You have to have windows media player to connect it as a media device.
