tab 4 won't charge

My tab 4 won't charge. The battery had the bolt saying the charger is connected but won't charge the battery. What's wrong with it?

Try turning the unit off and see if it will charge. You may have a weak battery, your cord may be damaged or your charger may be on the way out.
