Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried pressing and holding Power for 10-15 seconds? Have you tried a different charging cable and/or wall plug? If that doesn't work, then the possibilities include a faulty microUSB port, a dead battery, or a faulty motherboard. Any of those would require you to bring the tablet to a repair center.
