Default System Update for Virgin Mobile

This morning I received a system update on my phone. I m not sure what was changed other than maybe the kernel. I think it is newer: 3.0.31-1308964. still Android 4.1.2. If anyone knows what this update is for It would be interesting to know.

A few of us over at AndroidForums have been dissecting it. It does contain an updated kernel with a new virtual machine. It seems to smooth things out and make phone a bit smoother. It also contains a baseband update. No one has really reported any difference with new baseband.

If you're stock i'd install away but If your have flashed custom recovery and modified stock system apps, it won't install without modifications to updater-script.
