Bluetooth between Gear 2 Neo and Phone

OK, we know that the Gear 2 connects with the phone via Bluetooth. But why can't I find an option to share / sent files from phone to watch?

On the Watch | Settings | Bluetooth there is a greyed out option "make visible" .. but I can't find any way of making this option active. Has anyone achieved this??

I did not experienced this issue before but I will ask some friends about this..

If you turn off BT on the watch and turn it back on the discovery mode goes on. Once it finds your phone it goes off. I would like the ability for it to be on longer since I'm trying to get Hotbit to recognize the Gear.
