Gear 2 not showing all numbers for a specific contact

I have a Samsung S5. I noticed that with specific contact, one of their phone numbers I have listed in my phone's contacts doesn't show on up my Gear 2. This is bad, because that is the number they most frequently use to contact me. When they do text or call using that number, on my gear I only see their number, not their name.
I can't find a way to make that particular number be added to that contact's information on my Gear 2. Can someone tell me how to have that missing phone number show in the contact's Gear 2 listing?
