Why won't music transfer from S5 to Gear 2 Neo?

music won't transfer from S5 to Gear 2 Neo

I have tried everything. I get to the point where it says it is moving the tracks over but there is never any progress. It is always at 0%. They are both connected to each other via bluetooth. They are synced with the health app and everything else, just not music. I have even watched a video to make sure I am doing it correctly. And I am. Please help me figure this out.

please give link to video, or describe in detail the steps you are using. what type of music files?
