why won't my hotmail sync to my gear 2 Neo?

Hi all, I have a Samsung s5 and the gear 2 neo and though the phone syncs the email fine, the watch will not receive email at all. It just says "no email" and will not notify anything. Any info on this?

I'm not sure. Mine syncs up. I have 2, one that I use for a message board and one for mimiscellaneous email. One is in the Hotmail/outlook app and one is through the general email app on the S5.

Just checked. In the gear app I checked under
Notifications
Manage notifications
All my email options are checked for all my emails. Maybe you missed one? Or which app are you using for your email on your phone?
