The Galaxy Gear and Gear2/Neo defaulted to max vibration setting. The weak vibration was one of the main complaints about those devices from Samsung. I'm guessing the Gear Live is similar with respect to internal hardware. I hate to say it but that's probably as good as it gets. I hope I'm wrong though.

I find it to be similar to the Gears Ive owned, which has worked for me. Not necessarily enough to wake someone from a sound sleep but has worked fine for me otherwise.

Yeah the vibration on this thing is almost nonexistent. I'm missing maybe 90%of my notifications. I own A Gear 2 Neo and I don't have this problem with that device.

Maybe its just me, but I wouldn't want the vibration to be any stronger. It's plenty strong enough to get my attention but not so strong as to be noticeable by others around you.

I think it is too light as well. I constantly miss notifications as well.
