International Gear S (Factory Unlocked) Doesn't work in US (GSM MODE)

So I recently bought an international factory unlocked Gear S, and tried using it States-side in GSM mode and sadly was slapped with a huge let down. I tried using the same int'l SIM that I used with the watch overseas and wanted to roam on either ATT&T or TMO, however it kept on searching for a few seconds and not a single network showed up.

Tried popping in my TMO SIM in it, same thing, nothing at all. I am very shocked that devices are made nowadays that aren't at the very least globally functional.

Any luck with this issue before?

You are out of luck. The dual bands these watches support do not overlap. So international versions won't work in US and vice versa. There is no way around it. You should have researched it before you buy.
