Sim card.

Hello,

I keep hearing about people needing to get a new sim card or separate data plan for their watch.

However I was just wondering if it would be possible to duplicate the SIM card that I have in my phone at the minute, from there would I be
able to use the data off of my current plan?

Thanks!

Re: Sim card.

That is illegal in any country. Besides, the network operator will detect that easily and probably both SIM cards will be disabled.

SIM card represents your account with carrier. It is your only and unique identity on the GSM network. Where ever your SIM card goes, your phone calls are directed to and charges are charged to.

Re: Sim card.

Depending on where you live, you may be able to request a duplicate SIM from your carrier. With it, both devices ring either at the same time, or you decide in which order.
Sadly not available in the US.
