Why are my Gear S incoming calls going straight to voicemail?

Gear S incoming calls going straight to voicemail

Incoming calls to Gear S phone number going straight to voicemail. Doesn't matter if connected to Note 5 via Bluetooth or not. What setting do I need to change to be able to receive incoming calls to the Gear S number (not the Note 5 number). Thanks for your help.

The mobile network settings. If it is on auto (the default setting), the cell radio will be disabled when connected to Bluetooth and no calls will come in (straight to voice mail). But if you disconnect from BT, the watch will auto-enable cell radio after a minute or so. If it is off, the cell radio will be off all the time. .
