Does the Gear s2 have a pedometer?

I was wonder will the S2 have a pedometer built into it to track distance traveled?

It will have so many pedometer apps you won't know what to do with them. Most if not all of them will be horribly inaccurate for distance measurements, but if you want a distance measurement you should use a GPS application. If you use it while moving it is very accurate. Though if the Gear2 is anything like the first one, you will only be able to remote control your phone in your pocket with it, and then we would be talking what's available on Android and Android is so much better.
