Not Receiving Incoming Call Alerts

A couple weeks ago I noticed incoming call alerts were not happening on my GS2C. I tried rebooting the watch and my phone but that didn't help. So I called Samsung and they had me unpair the device and repair it. That resolved the issue. Last week it happened again but a reboot of the watch fixed the problem. It happened again today and this time I reset the watch and removed Gear Manager and started from scratch. We'll see the outcome. Has anyone else ran into this? If this doesn't get resolved I'm going back to my Gear Fit...at least it worked.

Thanks. That's pretty much where I am. I took the nuclear approach this morning. I hate it though. Consumers shouldn't be beta testers by default. Will there and should one expect bugs? Sure. But not in fundamental operation.
