not able to receive notifications, texts, send texts from gear s2

I've tried restarting my phone and watch, and still no notifications, or text compatibility

Check your Samsung Gear app and make sure notifications are property set up for the apps you want to see on the watch. If you have "Limit Notifications" toggled on this means if your phone screen is on then the notifications will not be sent to the phone. Double check "Turn on screen" and " Notification indicator" are toggled on if you want the watch face to light up when you get a notification or show on the watch face a yellow dot indicating there is a notification. Check the watch and make sure blocking mode isn't on.
