    I have the Gear S3 Frontier. After this last update...my battery life has really gone down!
    I have always ended the day with 85-90% battery remaining. (Battery life has been incredible on this watch!) Now I'm ending the day with 50% or so remaining.
    Anyone else experiencing this?

    LTE or non-lte? My nonLTE battery is the same after the update. Phone is Samsung.

    My battery has been garage the last 2 days. Like died and shut off before I got home from work yesterday after being fully charged the night before. I don't think my firmware updated recently though.. I was thinking it was the latest watchmaker update

    I have lte version and battery has been worst since the update too. It didn't last a whole day couple days last week. Before the update I didn't have to worry about my battery lasting a whole day.

    My battery life sucked the last couple of days. Restarted the watch and phone, and wiped Gear app cache. Everything back to normal.

    Update:. I removed the Glympse app from my watch and also changed the weather refresh rate to 6 hrs...Then I rebooted it. Its back to normal! Ended day with 90% battery yesterday. Crazy how good the battery is again.

    Same problem here. Battery life is horrible since the update. I'm lucky to get 14 hours where I was getting 2-3 days before. I tried restarting watch and phone. Weather app refresh is set to 24 hours. Is there anyway to turn off the altimeter? I have disabled as much of that app as I can.

    Update: I did a backup, reset an restore on the watch. Everything is back to normal now.

    I got mine 1 week ago.
    Updated to latest firmware and I have everything off except the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (in auto).
    Got 56 hours of use with screen off.
    This is my second charge since new.
    Quite happy with it.
