Problems downloading and with Facebook
I am hoping someone here can help. My mom just got the Intercept earlier this month and has already traded it in once. Now her second one is having similar issues.
We added her Google Checkout account attached to her yahoo email (her gmail account in the phone is a google apps account and so not eligible for checkout use) and tried to download a game from the Market. The game fails to download everytime we try. Currently have only tried over EVDO as I can not remember the wifi password at my parents house. Does anyone know why this may be happening?
The second issue is with the Facebook app. It was working great for a little while but will no longer display any information. The same thing happened on her first Intercept. It seems to have stopped working about the same time that we added her Google Account to try and buy things from the market.
Anyone else seen these issues or have any ideas on how to fix them? I am new to Android as is my mom and so have no experience of my own to troubleshoot this with.

IDK if you are still experiencing this issue... it happens to my phone all the time, you need to refresh your data connection when that happens, you cant download or FB say cannot retrieve information. go to your home screen.. settinngs->about phpone->system updates->update profile your data connetcion should work then, if not you need to go to a sprint store for a factory reset.. hope this helps if you havent found help already..
