how do you reset stock "Youtube" app?

I signed in to my family acct, now I can't favorite a video without it being added to my family acct. I've been all through the settings and can't find a way to sign in with a different acct. I would llike to keep some videos seperate from my shared family account.

Load the Youtube App. Then hit menu to bring up a few options. Click on My account. Then when you are in the account screen, hit menu again for the option to "sign out"
