It's too bad their customers have to pressure Verizon to take care of them. It's obviously not something Verizon like doing.

Agreed. From what I've seen they are always late to the punch to support anything and late for announcing pre orders etc on devices too. They were at least a week or 2 behind all the others on the S6.
