hello all. Stuck trying to root samsung sph-m580 replenish. followed tut. on this site, but stuck trying to get adb shell & adb devices dont show. installed samsung drivers, java jdk, sdk, and avd manager. I know this phone is limited but i like to do for learning purposes.

then i did this-http://forums.androidcentral.com/samsung-replenish/161476-my-root-guide-stock-2-3-6-replenish.html I had to do the above one to be able to do steps 11-13 on this one.

did you download platform-tools and configure your environmental variables from the path on windows. also look in your device manager and see what is missing. make sure your phone has debugging turned on
