Default Removing KNOX after JellyBean update

Hey everyone, after stupidly accepting the new OTA, my GS3 now has that effin
knox app thus removing my root. From what I've read it looks like knox is
part of the bootloader and that's why it won't allow the installation of SuperSU.
How do I go about reinstalling the original bootloader the phone came with?
After that's complete, I want to go back to ICS. How is that accomplished?

    Try this link

Cf-auto root. Worked for me. Before you open su update it from the pay store. When I first opened super user, it have me an option to disable Knox, only the application side. And root stuck, I used rom manager to install a custom recovery.

You can't get rid of Knox in the bootloader

    OK will try that.

I'd like to install a new bootloader that doesn't contain knox. Is that possible? I don't want this crap on my phone.

From what I read if you try to install an older boot loader it will brick your phone.

I also used this method with success.
I have not flashed another ROM but I did use Titanium Back up to freeze anything having to do with Knox.
