Default Can i Root without voiding warranty?( KNOX not installed yet )

    Hi,
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (Android 4.3) and I have Knox on it, but it isn't installed. I mean that I can see the Knox app on my device but whan I press it it gives me the option to install it.
I'm new in the Android world, but as I understood, I shouldn't install Knox because it blocks the root and ROM options.and void warranty too

Is it true? Can I root & ROM my device?without voiding my warranty?

here are some more info if you need to know

    baseband ver N7100DDENA1
    kernel version 3.0.31-241794
    se.infra@R0210-03 # 1
    BUILT NO
    JSS15J.N7100DDUENA1
    SE for android status
    Enforcing
    SEPF_GT-7100_4.3_0020

    Thanks a lot (:

Rooting either way will void warranty. If you flash per say SuperSU, you can easily un-root.

Not on 4.3, no. I don't know if there is a way to root a Note 2 without tripping the flash counter, but it was possible to do so prior to the 4.3 update if you used Triangle away before unrooting
