Knox issues on NOTE 3

Hello friends...

I was unaware about about Knox till recently , I checked my Note 3 and found a shortcut of KNOX already created.
I presume out of curioisity I had once created knox but dont remember anything much.

Now I tried again today but after agreeing to Terms and conditions page it stops at setup page ( see screen shot) and after this I cannot click on next button,
although the rest of phone works well, at the notification area a message is displayed which says click here to create knox profile.
However now, there is a problem that whenever I restart the phone it takes around 2-4 mins to start back instead of normal 30 -40 secs that it used to take.

further I saw on internet a app MY KNOX ( the one is mine shows only KNOX) which i installed and went through the setup process but again it stops at the same point.

Is there any solution to this,
i checked warranty knox says 0x0
my phone software is updated to the latest one and it is not rooted also

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Also in my device administrator list KNox doesnt appear.
