Setting contact ringtone does not save

I keep setting a contact ringtone that came with the phone and when I click "save" it goes back to default, and does not recognize the ringtone. It worked on one contact, but not for others. Does this have anything to do with the joined contacts (facebook, etc)? I am lost at what this could be. Thanks.

i'm having the same issue. it will save to a facebook saved contact, but not one that does not have a facebook account attached.

hm..the one contact that worked for me had a facebook account to it. but then the others i tried that also had facebook accounts did not work. anyone else have any ideas?
