    Default Won't unlock

    My daugther put in a password for her unlock on her phone, but now i can't get it to come up. I can do a code, just not a password, so it is locked out for now.

    How do I do a password?

    How do I reset it if I have too?

    So sliding out the keyboard will not allow you to enter a password? I assume you are saying you cannot enter letters just numbers?
