I just got a replacement Samsung Strathosphere and wanted to know how I can transfer all my ringtones back to my phone from the PC using the USB cable. All my files are there but it doesn't give me an option to move it back to the phone.

Did you have the ringtones stored in a Ringtones folder on the SD card? If so, you can just use Windows Explorer to copy them from your computer to a folder with that name on the new phone. But I'm not sure if I've completely understood your question.
