IFS done open fail?

My daughter was trying to root her stratosphere and got it done, but now she thinks its stuck and we cannot reboot. The screen shows the reboot, but it doesnt work, it shows ifs done open fail and when its plugged in she can get to clockwork. Help?

I have not seen this issue but several people in the Droid Charge forums have had this happen and it seems to be do to a corrupted file (Google "ifs done open fail" and you will see several instances of this)... I followed this method to root and all worked like it was supposed to, I would recommend following these instructions and doing it over:
