What device do you have and what exactly are you trying to block MMS, SMS, phone number?

She has the sph-m930bst transform ultra. I tried pulling stock recovery but couldn't w/o flashing cwm and root zip.
We got her a call blocker from there, she's rooted and no longer bothered
