I am so FRUSTRATED! I updated my daughter's phone to a Galaxy S4, and I am unable to download or update ANYTHING from the Google Play Store, whether it be via Wifi or 4G. I have cleared the cache on the Google Play app, rebooted the phone, uninstalled Google Play updates, rebooted the phone...

All.... If I am using S-Note to draw a picture, or if I insert a picture into S-Note, then write something next to it. How can I select the object or picture to move or resize it?

Can anyone tell me how to activate the security features on the Note 2? I thought it would be just like the Galaxy S3..... My Note is wide open... HELP!!!
