I have the pixel 2 xl midnight fabric case. It has a lip to protect the display but it's very minor. It's very similar to the silicone or leather cases from Apple.

it's not horrible but once I see those minor scratches you just always look in that area or at least I do. They aren't bad, very minor so probably sand or something in my pocket.

Noticed them today. I've never had an issue with this on my iPhone before so I've never purchased screen protectors. Anyone else have minor scratches on the display from something in your pocket? Thankfully I only have two and they aren't very noticable.

They had a Samsung experience shop right outside The Grove in LA and few years ago that was basically the same as this. To bad they didn't make stores like this permanent.

I have the option for VoLTE on my unlocked S8+ using TMobile. It's under mobile networks.

Install Cortana on your Galaxy S8 and turn on sync notifications. That's the easiest way to get text messages and other notifications from any Android phone to a windows 10 PC. You can receive and reply to the notifications as well.

the video isn't pausing to load more, it's just choppy. As if it can't keep up with the FPS. Maybe I need to restart my phone and try it again. I don't have this problem on laptops, desktops or streaming devices at home.

Testing higher resolution playback on this Galaxy. The Galaxy is very choppy with video playback at resolutions above 720p60. Everytime I select 1440p60 the video is extremely choppy. If I select a video that isn't doing 60 and just regular 1440p it runs with no problems. Has anyone else...

it's a smooth experience so fair for daily use running nova launcher. I do notice in games and some apps, like Snapchat, the experience isn't as smooth as my iPhone 7 plus. This seems to only be very noticable in games though but other then that it's a great Android phone.

I also returned to Android with the Galaxy S8 Plus from an iPhone 7 plus. Welcome back, I think you'll love the S8 plus 😃
