well I do majority of testing in the Unity editor, gameplay logic and such. Then I check for platform related stuff on the phone e.g. in app purchase, ads etc. I dont use Unity Remote.

I use Nexus 5 (Android) and Lumia 920 (Windows Phone) - I come from a Windows Phone background and porting my Unity games to Android :) However I see its very difficult to get visibility on Android Google Store. Its relatively easy for me over at the Windows Phone Store to get initial downloads...
