I just got a nexus 7, plugged it in, came back a half hour later and the charger was buzzing. Guess it's back to best buy. Oh, and the charger is abnormally warm.

Can I ask what state you live in? I'm thinking of switching to tmo from Verizon. I can save $30 a month, and not be locked in the contract. But I use 9 gigs and I can't deal with being throttled.

I haven't heard or read anything about the update. I did see a link for the update with instructions on how to download and install the update. I couldn't find the download once I went through all the steps. I was willing to put it on, even if it bricked the phone. I need a reason to upgrade early.
