Ok. The rootevo3dnew3dnew zip file place it on your desktop. Unzip it to the same location. Your desktop. Now open your windows explorer and go to the c drive. It should have your user folder and program folder and so on. Just drag the unzipped rootevo3dnew3dnew folder into the c drive. Then try...
